If there are significant adjusted p-values (< 0.05), then box plots of the corresponding signatures are shown below.  If no significant adjusted p-values are found, then signature box plots corresponding to significant unadjusted p-values (< 0.05) are displayed.  This is denoted by the subtitle for each plot.

No signatures achieved significance once adjusted in the recurrence free survival model.  However, the responder Kaplan-Meier curves separate well from the non-responder curves for all signatures that were significant in the Response grouping analysis. For the Tumor Inflammation Signature, responders with higher TIS scores had longer survival than those with lower TIS scores – indicating that the TIS score could be a better predictor of long-term outcome.  While not significant post adjustment, B7-H3 was associated with longer survival.
